The above site is worth a visit. You may believe the case being presented is worthy of consideration or you may not. Either way the information presented is impressive in its detail and somewhat chilling in what it suggests.

I read the webmaster's (Noel O'Gara) book 'The Real Yorkshire Ripper' back in 1999 which set out a fairly convincing theory that Peter Sutcliffe only committed four of the thirteen murders. The main suspect was named as Billy Tracey, from Co Offaly, who is 'still at large'.

I remember reading somewhere else that the above may be linked with some of the high profile missing person cases in the Leinster region over the last few years.

It would be interesting to see if any other board users had come across this site/book before and what opinions they held on it.

Have taken a look at that site before and they've a great case study on crimelibrary.com

Billy Tracey, a BIFFO, shocking! lol

Altho, it does definately seem that the police missed vital pieces of information when they had the chance (e.g. actually look in Ireland for the suspected irish serial killer)and only connected a lot of dots in the case when it was too late!

    Bloody police
