    The hurling team that is, their phenominal, i don't Kilkenny will stop them, their gona win the All-Ireland this year without a doubt and of course the leinster..................... :D

    I agree it would take a serious fluke to stop Wexford winning they are unbeatable .

    Wexford are 5-1 to win Leinster, Kilkenny 1-10! Kilkenny trounced Wexford in the league this year! Kilkenny beat Clare and Offaly by large scores in their last two games! Kilkenny are league champions and favourites for the All-Ireland! There can only be one outcome in the Leinster final a victory for ................................. WEXFORD!

    Read an interesting article by Martin Breheny, where he gives the following stats about the championship to date
    FOOTBALL

    Games played: 36. Upsets: 2.

    HURLING

    Games played: 17. Upsets: 0.

    TOTAL

    Games played: 53. Upsets: 2.

    Now what is considered an upset can be quite subjective, but all of the favourites in provincial championships have progressed to the finals (with one exception I think Clare might have been ahead of Tipp in the betting for Munster but only just)! More shocks are needed, when Wexford beat Kilkenny in the hurling championship last year it gave the championship a shot in the arm and all counties re-newed hope! So not just because I am from Wexford but because we need more competition Wexford must win on Sunday!

    So we could see an upset on Sunday, the championships first of the year if Kilkenny manage to beat Wexford!!

    Wexford are very optomistic about this weekend, I seriously cant see Wexford beating Kilkenny.

    And even if Kilkenny loose this weekend, they will come around the back door and finish Wexford like last year.
    Can anyone stop Wexford????
