    .....and I'm very impressed!

I've spent over a year modding my GP4 installation to perfection - I install this straight out of the box and it blows it away!! The graphics are spot on loverly but the best things have got to be the sound and the physics! This is no "beat it in a week" game and to be honest, there's not enough of those type of games around these days.

I was playing it the other night hooked up to the surround sound and a neighbour of mine was passing by. Lets just say he was very impressed by the growling roar of a Ferrari 575 around the downloadable oval circuit....

I love this game - go buy it if you have any love of racing!!!

btw - does anyone know if there are any other downloadable cars for it? I'd love to see a McLaren F1 mod for it...

oh and it's 15 euro in Virgin on Henry st right now - they're having a closing down sale!!! got Colin McRae 2005 for 15 as well....

jaysus, cant believe you played GP4 for over a year!

You should try to get Richard Burns Rally, much more believable than CMR.

Anyway, must pickup a copy of GTR. Dont have a system in here that will play it ATM though.

Yeah, what can I say - I seem to be the only person in the world that enjoys GP4 from what I see on this forum ;)

...but yeah, GTR is da business, I really haven't played a better racing game ever...

I did have a go on a friends Richard Burns game and was pretty impressed but Colin McRae was 15 quid so...

Playing more of Colin McRae though, I'm liking it less and less. Mabe it's the fact that GTR is soooo much better and it's just sitting there calling to me...

I've turned the graphics up as far as they go once or twice just to see what it can do and WOW it's loverly...crashed my graphics card though so I have one or two things turned off now...

In the past I played GP3 on a lan at work a lot. Rally sims leave me cold but I was very impressed with GTR.

Been bombing around the Paul Ricard circuit in a Ferrari Modena all weekend before the F1 Sunday...bloody enjoyable course but the chicanes can be tricky if you lose concentration at speed!
