    Hay,

    Hope someone can help me..

    I am trying to Install a Speedtouch 330 Modem for a friend on his computer. Win XP Pro.

    Comes up with a Certmgr.exe Application Error in the very beginning.

    The program and driver installs fine on another comp with virtually the same system and OS. So the disk is fine.

    When it is installed on the second computer. The first process (where the other one fails) stores the details of the regions into Root Certificate Store (or something like that). Dont know if that is any use or help.

    Have you checked to see if the device is compatible with the os running,

    Also have you installed .Net framework this is needed.

    Try the latest drivers
