help writing an essay for college

im currently on holidays from colllege
i ahve 2 years of a degree course done, but i intend changing to 2 nd year of another degree programme if the vacancy is offered
however, it is requiered to write an essay ar ound a page long explaining why I want to do this course
the purpose of this excercise is to suss out whether i'm genuinely interested in doing the course (which I am)
Can ye please post up some tips and advice

-The reasons you want to do the course eg topic of interest etc
-The doors you feel it opens that other courses wont
-The reasons for dropping one course for the other
-and how the course will affect your future work

because i know i have an interest in the areas which it covers
I wish to pursue a career in the areas os study of the course
because I know I have an intellect for the course material, therefore with a good effort there is no reason why I should not perform very well in this course
i have more reasons to add to this list, its just I need to think some more

o and also I have more of an intellect for this course than the last course since there is less maths involved in the subjects

just search around on yahoo,i have used yahoo for college and school essays and got great results:D
