According to wired.com a tv pilot for a show called global freqeuncy, which was rejected by the network, might have another chance of life after it started getting fans from downloading the pilot using bit torrent.

Will P2P save the TV show? Doubt it - If its backed by Mark Burnett, with writers and directors from Alias and Buffy, and the WB **REJECTED** it, then it mustn't be very good.

Feedback from the public seems to be positive though. I need to make up my own mind. My cousin just found the screener, so I'll let you know... :)

might not get it on tv, but a dvd release might be a go, and as we all know from family guy, good sales there could lead to a tv show.

Well I got it, and I'm surprised that it was actually very good. Michelle Forbes is still a pretty bad actress, but the show was very entertaining, and the premise is pretty cool.

Pity it was rejected, but I suppose WB didn't need another "Freak of the week" type show (they already have smallville).

Ah well, worth checking out for what could have been (if you have cousins...)
