AFAIK it's maintained and updated by a guy from Denmark who's affiliated to SBGi. I've never visited it personally but I've heard good things about it on the SBGi members forum.

I have an account on there.. Trouble is they charge for access. http://www.lockflow.com is a similiar setup but it's free. Professional fighters and grapplers do routine tutorials on there.
