recently i went searching on the net for a russian (female) internet buddy
i stumble across this 27 year old russian girl, she had a pic in her profile on the site i found her at - www.faceparty.com
i just wanted to find ot about the people.cutlure and juts russia!
i just wanted to make a real good russian friend.
i have been emailing her for the past 7 days. now she says she loves me
up until this point i thought she had an amzing way of thinking,great mind,seem genuine,loyal, and beautiful and all the good traits you could think of.
at first i wasnt expected to be this taken by any girl on the net.
She is now mentioning her ringing me for us to hear each others voices. and now she talks of how little money shes got.- once i heard this i immediately became very very disappointed.
has anyone heard of little scams/shemes like this in the past?
do ye think she might be an interent bride also?

No experience at all,but alarm bells start going off in you're head when she asked for money it cant be genuine.

Chatting over the net can be very easy and sometimes you're guard can come down because its easier and more open to chat about things etc.You have the safety behind the screen.How old are you?

Which is exactly why you searched for Females, aged between 18 and 35, (Straight and Bisexual only match, and of course, only return results with pictures) because it's the best way to find out about the people and the culture. And then you compain when she starts coming onto you... Sheesh!

Some of this type of websites are mixed between real girls and scam (anybody can post a picture). You may want to check some chat room, like ICQ for example, where at least you know they are all "real".

I met a girl who lives in Kiev (Ucraine) a few months back (was going on holiday with a friend there so I needed to have the week "filled" ) and we ended up together for the week. She was really talking about marriage after a week, but I was clear from the beginning that I didn't go over to look for a wife and she was ok with it.

But whatever you do, don't trust internet girls who talk about love after a few days chatting, because they are probably doing the same with 10 other men.

It's a numbers game. They'll string along as many men as possible, knowing that maybe 1 in 100 will be a sucker.

I very much doubt that the person you're even talking to is the girl that would be sent over, but instead the person in charge of the whole operation.

Spent a year out in that part of the world at one time and we were warned beforehand about "passport chasers" . They just want a better life and a Western passport is a ticket out. To the OP, make sure it's real and think seriously about it before you do anything at all, because you could regret it.
