I exchange a lot of money due to travel into both dollars and sterling..

Where/How is the cheapest way to convert your money and make sure the bank doesn't get its greedy paws on too much of my money..

I am constantly converting sterling to euro, and what I usually use is an international money transfer(economy) which costs 20 pounds. The rate I recieve when the money hits Ireland is always the exchange rate minus 2 cents.

If there are better ways of doing this, I'd like to know.
