    Hows it going everyone..

I'm going to U2 on Monday and have a standing ticket...

For those of you who have been Friday and Saturday, what time should I be there at to get in the pit?

If you get there before lunchtime you'll be in the pit. I arrived at 3 on Friday and 10 today and got in the pit on both occasions. Tonight was the best live performance I have ever witnessed - crowd and band were magical. If you do get in the pit get as close to the right hand podium as possible. It's where all the action goes down! I'm still in shock at how good tonights gig was. Also queue at Foster terrace no matter where it tells you to go on your ticket. All pitch tickets get re-directed to here. Stewarding is a joke, but take it in your stride - it's worth the hassle.

I was standing on the pitch aswell last night. Great show. I got in about 6.00-6.30. I'd advise you to get as close to the stage as possible, unless you're 7 feet tall and can see over everybody. My only regret last night was not getting up closer and having to constantly stand on my toes to actually see Bono and gang. Beware leg pain!

Also, use the toilet BEFORE you get to Croker, I was waiting in line for one of the portaloos for at least 20-25 mins.

Edit: Just realised you said pit!
