Mini needing a bit of work (rust spots/respray)

Hey I have a 1998 Mini Coop, the old version and it has spots that need attention before they become big problems. One side needs a respray too (same side as the spot of rust too). Anyone know a good place to get it sorted that will put a guarantee on their work too?
