Removing subfolders in Windows Explorer

Apologies if this is really obvious, and although I am sure it has been covered before a search on here and in google has not helped me (probably not looking for the right thing).

My problem is simple. I have apx 50 folders, and inside each of these are between 0 and 4 levels of sub-folder. I would like to get all the files from all 50 folders (and their sub-folders) out and into one folder.

There are about 650 files, and if possible I would like to do this without 'copying', as most of the files are quite large.

Is it possible to do this in Windows Explorer (ROFLMFAO?), or is there a piece of software that can help?

Why not do a search for all files within the structure (select root folder in explorer and press F3), and drag and drop the files to a new folder?

Exactly what he said, do a search for *.* in your base directory and then cut and paste the files to a new directory. Easy.
