I was thinking about these two guys this morning, their fights, attitudes etc. These were the guys who got me in to boxing when I was small. Just wondering who you supported? I was always a Eubank fan myself. He was a real showman, egotistical and arrogant...yet he backed it up. There's no doubt he could take a punch and wasn't bad at delivering them either. There's a lot can be said about both these guys so lets get the viewpoints coming and stir up some of the memories.

Oh yeah and Eubank had Tina Turner, how can you go against him?? :D

Eubank V Benn, really was a classic rivalry, and then Collins came in and mixed it up a bit with them. Looking back on it, I'd be in Eubanks corner, over Benn, he was a fantastic boxer, and totally bizarre.

I was a huge fan of Benn but I liked Eubank too although he was involved in some very boring fights in his career

In their fights I was cheering for Benn

I think Eubank was the guy everyone loved to hate.

Arrogance suited Eubank though, at least in my opinion. He seemed to actually live the life outside the ring. It's interesting though because Hamed really got on my nerves. It was a different kind of arrogance I suppose...

*goes off to write an essay on the in's and out's of arrogance ;)*

Might as well use this thread to ask, has anyone read Eubank's autobiography and is it any good? I saw a preview of it once and it seemed pretty interesting.

I deteste Eubank and like Benn a lot more . Eubank got proffesional help to get rid of his lisp and did so but he still put it on for his fights and he occasionaly still uses it while on tv .
