connection is fine most of the times, but the support from them is a nightmare.
am having serious performance issues as the Ballymun mast is overloaded, so we are not getting our garanteed contention.
just contacted ComReg as the idiot on the hotline never know what I am talking about allthough the issue was opened last week.

I'm on dialup at the moment at home (I do most of my browsing and downloading in work). Smart are due to open at my exchange (Dooradoyle) this month, so I might check them out. IBB look good too.

ISDN here. No ADSL available in my area in County Limerick and I'm not going to fork out for satellite.

DSL - 2mb Broadband Plus with BT Ireland - connection is good, customer service is not.

I use mine for online games , so DSL 1024/128 from eircom .

Wtf how the hell could somebody have 24/54mbps and move to eircon. Obviously this his crazy or knows sweet F.A about what he's got. Incidently Netgear are simply a producer of network equipment , the likely situation he has a wireless network card 54mbps produced by netgear.

It's great to see that Broadband has taken off big time in Ireland.

    I use a 2MB DSL connection.
