When I click send recive it gets to 8 msgs and then gets stuck and I am due an important e-mail tomrrow so I have to get rid of all the mail thats there now. Any help is apreciated.

Depends on what email program you use.

If you can get it to download headers only you might be able to cull them that way.

Can you look at them through webmail. I think once you look at them through webmail (without downloading them) then they wont d/l in outlook.

If you are an Eircom email customer then you can check online thru http://home.eircom.net/email/

Login and delete mail from here, only problem is that if you login here and check inbox, then maills will not download thru outlook express.

www.gmail.com ....only job for what you need. 2gb of mail....jaysus....i'll never fill it.

If you're using outlook express (*cough* *spit*) you can set up a rule to delete all mails from the server - then they don't get downloaded.

Or else you can use Pegasus to just download the headers and select the ones you want to dload and delete the rest from the server without downloading.
