TV/DVD combo screwed

Ok I know its not a computer, but cant find a forum best suited for it.

I got the phillips tv/dvd combo and now it wont play any dvd.

says wrong region. Model is 14PT6107I/05.

Anyone know how to set the region or even just reset it back to region2?

Region code hack posted by Stephen Thomas, March 15 2004:
1. In TV mode, on the remote control press [0],[6],[2],[5],[9],[6] and then press the [MENU] button.

2. Select the "DVD" option on the menu, using the arrow keys, and then press the [ENTER] button.

3. Highlight the "Region" option, and then use the left and right arrow keys to change the region from 2 (UK), to "ALL".

. Exit by pressing the [MENU] key until you are back to TV.

Modified Version of Stephens Hack by Reg Graham March 11, 2005

3. Pres the number corresponding to the region number, ie 2 for region 2 or 0 for region free

4. Exit by pressing the [MENU] key until you are back to TV.
5. Press Standby on remote then press again to load new region code..
