    Stay inside, drink lots of water/ isotonic drinks and wear a hat next time your out in the sun.

    if you had sunstroke, i dont think you'd be sitting there typing on your keyboard. its a life threatening condition isn't it? you wouldn't have the mental capacity to type messages and post them. maybe your just sunburned and heat exhausted. if you think you do, cool yourself down before you go unconscious, and call an ambulance is my best advice.

    ive had severe sunstroke before in france and did end up in hospital this time i think its in a milder dose anywho thanks

    You've had it before and now you've got it again? Are you not worried about skin cancer? Because you're a dead cert to catch it... and it's one of the worst possible ways to die so BE CAREFUL IN THE SUN FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. :D

    aloe vera gel, rub it on the burn every 30 mins - hour. Its by far the best thing for it.

    If you have natural yogurt, slap that on you. Seriously, it sooths it right down. I had to go around smelling like a yogurt one time on my holidays, but it did the job.

    right have now found out i dont have sun stroke i have heat stroke :confused:
    i was wearing spf 30 so am not burnt just spent far too long in the sun
    thankks all anyway
