plastic macs

I'm going to to some outdoor concerts this summer and want to ensure I am properly prepared for the weather!! Although, the past fortnight has been lovely, I know from past experience that you cannot rely on our Irish weather all the time.
So, I noticed last year that girls and guys were well prepared for those unpredictable downfalls and came with clear plastic macs, oilskins and wellies.
I've looked around Dunnes, Pennys and some outdoor camping shops without out success.
They had rainmacs that were far too expensive and the wellies were that horrible heavy, green and black.
So, my mission is to locate a store that sells cheap and cheerful plastic macs and wellies.
    Can anyone offer help?
