Dodgy Memory ??

    Think I have dodgy memory, but not 100% convinced, need to test it from the bios screen. Anybody know of any good pieces of software that run Diagnostics from the bios or from DOS ??
    Recon if I test the memory from dos I'll get a better idea if it's a hardware or software prob. I've already re-installed os, changed HDD and Flashed BIOS, so any other ideas would be very welcome.

    i ran that, got 72 errors ranging from 490MB to 512mb, and it works fine

    Perhaps you don't enter them blocks?

    Well, i tried running very high ram programs, like hl2 and farcry, while itunes was open... all works fine.
