Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.... I want to make a claim for 2003 but I cannot for the life of me remember what the monthly fee was then, I think it was €70 or €75 but I'm not sure can anyone help me?

Ask your pharmacist, they should know. Or do a search on www.oasis.gov.ie, might find something there.

It was 70 euro in 2003, and went up to 78 euro in December 2003.
