iriver wont install

    my iriver software wont install! everytime i go to run it an error comes up! brought it back to the shop and the guy there installed in on his computer with the same cd so i'm guess its a problem with mine.

    i'm trying to find the program on the web but no luck

    its called iriver plus

    version 1.1

    any ideas?

    why don't you just use windows explorer and copy the tracks over like that, i do it this way therefore no need for software.

    that's of course if you are on 2k upwards which you don't specify

    What does the program do? You shouldn't need it since the iRiver is plug and play, just drag your music across.

    You can get the firmware and updates for your iRiver from here.

    Click on the support option them Downloads on the left

    Get correct files fo correct model

    ok i lied! its actually for a neighbour next door! her com is screwed and i was trying to find the downlaod online so i could burn it and put it on hers,

    will try this and get back
