I got a call from Ticketmaster today and firstly they are posting them out instead of Box Office Collection which makes life alot easier. I asked him about getting 4 tickets, as i want to be sure i at least get the Standing tickets and he said there will be no probs and that i will get all 4. So all should be ok.

Are they posting out all tickets bought yesterday that were originally bought for box office collection? Or just your as you contacted them?

I'd like to have mine posted too. Can't find a contact number on their website. Can you post the number you used?

I got through after about 10 minutes only to be told by some dosey agent that they can't post them out. So i hung up and called them back. Got through to a more helpful rep this time who said no problem Sir, we can post them out to you.

    Bloody typical!

    Thanks for the number samo!

It seems to be who you get. I got a dosey bloke too (he sounded half-asleep) who said it was impossible to send the tickets out now. He then put me on hold for another 10 minutes and came back to say that they'd be available for collection from the Cusack Stand Ticketmaster from tomorrow @ 11am.

I sent them an email to see if i could collect them any earlier than on the day. They rang back and offered to post them out. Very helpful rep who called me. Checked both my orders on his computer to make sure neither was cancelled also.

OK, I wasn't sure if this was to be trusted but sure enough, turned up at the Cusack stand this morning and was able to collect my 1 standing ticket which I bought on Monday

not sure if this outlet will be open all week cos I think this morning was the designated day for the local residents to be able to buy their tickets but if it was open it would save a lot of people dragging credit card holders etc in to Croker on Monday evening or whenever

    and they look for
    1) the reference number from the booking
    2) the original credit card
    3) ID, (most people had passport or driving license)

My tickets arrived in the post this morning.....am pretty impressed there with Ticketmaster as I only got through to them yesterday afternoon at 2pm to ask could they post instead....nice to have the tickets actually in my hand as wasnt looking forward to queuing at the box office Monday evening after legging it to croke park Monday evening.

Mind you had envisioned standing in a massive queue made up of boards.ie members!!!!!!

I don't think it is. Unfortunately I couldn't make it this morning.
