    hi

    just wondering if anyone knows what to do when your ipod freezes up?nothing works,it says its playing a song but i can't press the buttons,turn it off,charge it,nothing!please help me im having a freak attack!

    hold play and menu together for about 30 seconds if its a gen 3 ipod

    hold down center button and menu for 10secs till you get Apple logo. tada!

    no that didnt work, and i think im just after breaking the wheel from holding it down for 30 seconds!does anyone know can you just randomly walk into a shop that sells them n get them to fix it or does it have to be sent back to the manufacturer?
