    Wesley, of course. His arc was amazing.

    Lorne was also brilliant, with a not-so-obvious arc. His ending was sad. :(

    Spike is overrated. I bet if he was covered in warts, nobody would like him much at all.

    Spike has to be the best out of all of them although i like giles also.

    As for the girls Cordy/Williow of Faith they were all well fit

    smartest one of the lot of them, and the one with the least amount of "omg, I'm a ****ing retard" moments in either series.

    well yeah, potayto potahto :)

    i heard rumours back when I was a buffy fan that there was going to be a spin off series fr Giles called Ripper or somesuch. This made me happy, but it never happened.

    In retrospect, this made me happier.

    Giles, definitely. Lacking in a Giles option I choose Spike. Never watched Angel much but I did like Doyle in the first series.

    Don't forget Harmony!! it was nice to have a vampire who tried to be good but ultimately always turned out to be evil.

    I didn't see Anya there the first time...probably my second favourite character after Giles. An better version of Chloe from 24 :P
