Hey everyone! just registered and this dance electronic section... looks buzzing, ive been mixing house for a while now and summer 2005 is here, and as you know electro house is rapidly expanding and seems the trend for 2005, with such djs as ingrosso, axwell and prydz blowing up the scene. The tunes seem to be hard to find and semi underground, ive got the geht n remix etc. but i want more underground stuff.. OHH AND THAT HARDY HARD - POLICE ON DOPE RE-EDIT.. NE1 HEARD THAT BEAUTI? KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!! so everyone throw in ur electro knowledge and lets get down to business!!! :rolleyes:

Also if your living in Dublin, You check out some of the Bodytonic nights going on Wax on thursdays Pogo in the pod on saturdays. Also Hospital seems to be the hot spot on Friday nights in Mischief.
Also if you like the darker side of elctro. Check out Electric City on middle abbey street on thursdays. I think D1 have a night there too. Also the legal eagal hold some quality gigs down near the Four Courts. Ice bar up by parnell throw some elctro night, but i have yet to go.

in my opinion the elctro scene in dublin is pretty strong, you just really have to dig around for it. Also check out Carbon Copy records in Urban Out Fitters, Selecta records in Crow alley Temple Bar, and of course Spin Dizzy in Georges Street Arcade.

That "Washing up" tune by Tomas Andresson is amazing, its going to be huge over the summer. I prefer the Original but its the Tiga Mix thats getting played by everyone.

Deep funky bassline driven house is the way forward for me personally but I'm open to all styles and genres with the motto "if it's good, it's good" quite simply. Funky and interesting is a prerequistite.
