The Luas goes by the entrance to Cookstown. Would that do?

the 56a goes to the belgard pub which is just down the road from cookstown. or as has been already said, the luas red line has a stop at cookstown. thats right at the top of the industrial estate or belgard stop for the start of the estate.

Leave plenty of time to find the actual building as it's a big enough estate.
