stop using internet explorer move to opera or firefox

    Open Internet Explorer.
Click on Tools, and select Internet Options.
    Click on the Content tab.
Click on the Auto Complete button.
    Click Clear Passwords.

If you are using Nt/2K/Xp then login as an administrator , right click my computer and go into user profiles and delete all the other profiles.

you will also need to delete the users folders in c:\documents and settings (or c:\winnt for NT)

Empty all the TEMP and Temporary internet folders.

run scandskw and then use eraser or sdelete to clean the empty space.

Don't worry this will still leave behind LOTS of personal information in the Registry and misc. other places.

Why don't you simply format the hard drive and do a clean install?
