Restoring an old musket

    Recently found an old hand musket and does any one know where i could get it restored?

    First of all if its hand-held it a pistol,not a musket.More than likely its a flintlock pistol which means it ignited a gunpowder charge by means of a flint in the hammer.What condition is it in?Is it heavily coroded?Are all the parts present?

    Its hand held. All parts appear to be present, and when i was cleaning it a found a symbol on it. It appears to be a crown. Looks like this one

    Its gun barrel is been held on by sum duck tape
