Probably just two horses for me tomorrow. In the Golden Jubilee at 3:45 over 6f, I think things are looking ready for Cape Of Good Hope. Right trip and ground, a good run last Tuesday when racing apart of most of the field and carrying a 5lb G1 penalty, a very consistent runner and has Philip Robinson taking over in the saddle which isn't a bad thing. I see Balmont as the main danger but I'll be rowing in on Cape Of Good Hope. He's around 9/1 at the moment but 11.5/1 on Betfair. A strong each-way recommendation.

As for the other races, Strike Up The Band seems to have the best form in the opener but I won't be taking short prices about anything in unexposed 2-year old races. The 3:05 is a watching brief. Not the most consistent bunch but I'd say Doyen will probably be forward enough to make a winning reappearance on ground he likes. Even money isn't big enough for me though.

Good luck to all who have backed Iffraaj in the Wokingham. Hope he does the business for you but I think Peter Paul Rubens is a nice each-way prospect at 9/1. The 4:55 I won't be touching with a bargepole but in the last, Al Eile looks to have a good chance.

    3:45 - Cape Of Good Hope - 3pts e/w
    4:20 - Peter Paul Rubens - 1pt e/w
