    How can you do a simple bar chart let us say on the EU countries.

    Excel can't seem to cope with the Legands.

    What you mean it cant handle it. Place the graph on a new page and edit the legend accordingly. Its a bit finikiy but it will be ok. If all comes to all PM me the details and il do it - spent hours upon hours on excel in the last few months.

    yeah ditto, a bit handy with excel, had to do a module on it in college. if you need/want send me the details.

    Oh it can cope. But it's finicky and badly designed for actual users.

    How about putting up exactly what you want to do and someone (me if no-one else does) will give you a walkthrough.
