amd 64 cork area,check cpu in system.

    HI,Got a problem with my sytem and wondered was anyone in or around cork putting a 754 amd system together as i need to check my cpu as either my cpu or motherboard is faulty.

    I know i am trying my arm but i rather not send everything back to komplett and wait a eternity.

    whats the problem with the build ? i put a 745 amd sys together , and i had a lot of hassle with a msi board and a antec psu compatabity problem

    No i have running this for 8-9 months with no problems but the power light started flashing like as in suspend mode but it wont reboot even stripped down.Its most probably the motherboard but i wont know until i can test the cpu.I have been building and troubleshooting computers for years but never seen this happen!!Its defo not the psu as hiper is a very good brand.Mine is a msi also, neo plat 7030.

    Im a long time komplett user, sppent buckets with them and have had to rma a few things in my time as well, imo opinion you are best to set up your RMA for a refund and just order the new part. Its only a 10er and it will be here in less than a week. I never bother setting up RMAs for a replacement, it just takes too long
