    Hi

Been a Sky & Sky digital customer from day one, the digital box has gone on the blink and the company I orginally got it from are no longer in existence. Does anyone know how to wrangle a new one, maybe cancelling subscription and signing up again. Have been on the top package since digital started so I feel like I'm giving Sky enough money without having to spend a couple of hundred on a new box. Anyone ever been in the same situation and sorted something out for themselves. If I have to buy a new box so be it.

    Thanks in advance

I'd ring Sky and explain that and tell them how times are hard and how I can't afford to buy a new box so, although it's not what I want to do, I'm going the have to cancel my subscription completely.

    You never know ......................

Look up your house insurance policy and see what you can manufacture.

I know a guy who had the same problem last year. He rang Sky and threatened to cancel his subscription because it was too expensive to repair the box.
Sky had someone out to him within two weeks with a new box. So go for it! :p
