    I propose that a sticky is made of this - as it is constantly being asked - we should keep it up to date too. Feel free to add to this topic - I don't know everything...yet.
    • EsatBT - don't charge
    • Eircom - don't charge
    • UTV - quite strict, cut you off or charge alot.
    • NTL - not really - if you're a serious downloader they may contact you.

    You're better off with a disclaimer there, you never know when they might decide to charge (if ever). Don't give information you can't guarantee will be true tomorrow.
