    I am a long time user of boards, I just find my worry kind of embarrising. Well on my penis I have loads of little spots on the bottow of it. Like there are little spots and rund the whole way up tha back of it.
    I was wondering if this is normal? And if not whats wrong? They've been there ages, just noticed they were kind of bad today and got worried.

    It could be a lot of things and it could be perfectly normal however this is not a medical forum. Go to the doctor.

    If they are in a pattern along the bottom of the penis, it's quite possible they are hair follicles (like when you get goose bumps).

    Yes, I've had that chat with the doctor and no, I didn't die of embarrassment.
