This is slightly off topic, (so slight apologies ) but at the same time, I think this maybe the best forum to get an relevant answer.

I'm looking to advertise on American Websites ....targeted at Irish Americans, and also Irish Ex-Pats living in America.
I looking for sites that this group of people would regularily frequent because they are Irish (rather than cnn.com ..etc ..which all nationalities would visit)

Budget is quite small, so if you have any suggestions I'd be grateful.

Also, do you know of any chat rooms/discussion boards like boards.ie that the Irish in America would visit on a regular basis to chat etc....

Appreciate any advice.
