I'm currently have a 2100XP, 512MB RAM of which 128MB is shared for onboard Geforce4 MX gfx on an Epox nForce2 motherboard with Win2K.

I got Grand Theft Auto recently and it runs at a decent speed, if not great. I wouldn't be a huge games player, so I'm not intending to spend a few hundred on the latest graphics card. I'm wondering what would be the best way of boosting performance if I've got say €100 to spend?

2nd hand 9800 pro IMO (Once you've got an AGP slot). It will free up 128MB of system ram and give you a lovely boost in game performance.

ebay is your friend, or keep an eye on the for sale forum.
