team named. Again insufficent experimentation for my liking.
    __________
Stand-in coach Niall O'Donovan has made four changes to his side for the second test match on Ireland's tour of Japan this Sunday.

O'Donovan has completely overhauled his back row, with Denis Leamy, David Wallace and Eric Miller replacing Alan Quinlan, Johnny O'Connor and Roger Wilson.

The only other changes from the team that beat Japan 44-12 last weekend sees David Quinlan earning his first senior start at midfield.

Fly-half David Humphreys captains the side after recovering from a facial injury he sustained in the early stages of the first test.

Good to see Leamy playing. I dunno if he'll end up as a no 7 (too slow-i think) but he is a Richard Hill type of player.

Will Girvan Dempsey ever be dropped? The future of Irish rugby looks great!

drop the girvanator? are you mental? play him at flyhalf more like. for the lions. in the tests.

*shaking head* wasted tour only thing we now know is what we new alrady. Bowe and Duffy should have had there full caps ages ago, that stringer seems to be getting worse and if we dont add more players and swap players around (Dempsey/Duffy) then we'll be screwed in a few years.

    Nukem

PS: Japan could be a brilliant team in the future - they never give up. I respect that 100%

Stringer is getting worse by the hour! Campbell doesn't seem like the answer to the scrum half problem so we'll have to wait for Boss or someone comming through from munster

David Quinlan doesn't look up to it unfortunatly however it is only 1 game.

The prop situation looks terrible except for Horan.

Duffy and Bowe were the only positives for the tour...

I see your point but it's better for him to go on the tour as it's a great opportunity to learn.

Bearing in mind we'll be playing against many of the Lions next year - coaching them now should really give EOS an insight
