http://www.smokeria.com I find the prices good... on registration (buying) you need a key.. U can use my key MLM-Key: 11013544. (that is a rewarding key)

If this is not considered a bargain then I ask the moderators to lock my message..

Another Switzerland one - don't bother wasting your time - customs catch all these coming through...

I dunno Dredd, I've gotten some through before from somewhere in Spain (can't really remember where). Customs had looked at them because there was an Irish Customs and Duty tape used to reseal the envelope after they'd gone through it but I never got a bill for the duty. :)

    I quote from the website:
All taxes are paid. In case of request for duty tax, the customer can REJECT THE PACKAGE AND NOT SIGN THE CONFIRMATION RECEIPT. The package will automatically be returned to sender and the shipping costs will be charged to smokeria.com. . The buyer must inform that the package was returned in writing to the following e-mail address: support@smokeria.com and the order number must be enclosed. The buyer will receive the refund of the entire amount paid to us.

also in there says that: you can only purchase 4 cartons per transaction, and acording with this: http://europa.eu.int/comm/taxation_customs/common/travellers/within_eu/index_en.htm seems ok!

Looks interesting but i'd probably want to hear a few success stories from other boards posters before ordering...

I've read a few of the posts and checked the website etc. but can anyone tell me exactly what is the position in relation to buying cigarettes online.

I am tempted to order as the cigs are less than half price but will the customs definetly seize the order

Sounds like Yessmoke where I used to buy online few years ago. It is hit and miss but in fairness yessmoke did paid back the money when you reject their smokes after being hit by the customs. With the customs prices added smokes were coming more expensive than in the shops. I might try again, nothing to loose much to gain :D

120 marlboro red for about 10€
it was a poxy enough website but they delivered ok even though i had to pick them up for the sorting office in cork.

Slightly OT, but Smokeria accept Laser? Not many websites accept Laser that I'm aware of, I thought Laser was an Irish-only card?

I had ordered 200 Marlboro from Yesmoke last year, all cigs came, but in packages of 40 cigs. I think they stopped that though.

One thing though on that EU directive
"There are no limits on what private persons can buy and take with them when they travel between EU countries"

Travel being the operative word here.....As they are ordered online...then technically there is no travel, which means that this does not apply
    http://europa.eu.int/comm/taxation_customs/common/travellers/within_eu/index_en.htm
As it only covers travel between eurozone countries.

I couldn't agree more, Pity Cowen would'nt hike up cigarette duty by like €3 that'd teach those ignorant smokers. :p

Maybe it would be more in their interests (and more importantly, the inteests of the smoking public) to remove the outrageous duties/taxes on quitting aids like nicotine pathces or gum or whatever.
I gave up without the help of any of these crutches but other's need help...having to pay MORE for the aids than for the f*cking smokes themselves is out and out retarded....especially since they took the smoking ban in...

Well, if everyone stopped smoking in this country, then the government would add more taxes to other products to make up for the lost revenue.

Heaven forbid they try and tax the racehorsing industry to even a fraction of what they tax the smoking public.
