    around €1400 i would say....

though overclocking a pc and then selling it is maybe not the best idea because it degrades the overall lifespan of the hardware...meaning if i was buying your pc i wouldnt appreciate it being overclocked even though i would most likely overclock it myself...that being said you may or may not know what you are doing so selling an overclocked pc wouldnt inspire the buyer with confidence even though you might have done it perfectly...no insult meant man but think about it...

also as far as i know selling an eircom modem might not be the best idea because to the best of my knowledge it remains the property of eircom until you cancel your contract in which case they take it back...i may well be wrong but check it out

Well i'm confident in my PC abilities and build quality for overclocking, you're getting an FX-57 stock speed for half the cost. I actually own the Eircom modem myself. €1,400 seems kinda low to me...

Seen as how you won't be selling it , how much do you rekon it actually cost you to build ?

Question is not how much it's worth but How it cost.

If you were selling it after building it and using it...It would be a used PC then it devalues.

So add the cost of the parts, then subtract about 20% every 6-8 months and you will have value of the PC.
