She looks prettier in the first picture, but she looks so frumpy in that purple velvet dress. The extra confidence, tan and style suits definately suits her (especially the blue dress!). Her skin will look like leather in 10-15 years if he keeps sunning herself like that though.

I see it all the time, what a bit of make-up can do to a person's face. Get the eyebrows plucked and a new haircut and colour. It's just more about making an effort.

She's a very plain girl and It think she looks better in the before pics. She just needed to sort out her hair and dress sense!

I think if she kept her hair dark and had her natural eye colour she'd look much better. The perma tan, blonde hair and blue eyes is pretty typical of Califorinian looks.
