BBG, i'm in the same boat as yourself smile.gif
Have a year to learn how to draw fairly well.

Ballyfermot college (now called Ballydermot college of further education) have a range of them.
Theres a 10 week Drawing and Painting one i'm planning on doing, theres also a longer one for portfolio preperation

Just give them a Ring and ask them to send out info on nite courses. They'll send u a prospectus, and a nite course leaflet thingy.

In one of the trinity buildings on pierce street(further down from the fire station) they hold life drawing classes on most evenings and saturdays. Take a look at the window at the timetable. Its open for all (except pervs who dont even know what a pencil is smile.gif ) and you pay per class. You dont have to attend any set number of classes.
I havnt been yet, but intend to start next month as i havnt drawn in years frown.gif

used to go to those ones in trinn0rz. any level. pay per class. very little tuition however. very much draw naked people and go home. this is VERY neccesary for most art courses you'll apply to. quite often skips the need for portfolio preperation courses.
