What do U think about 16" laptop?

    Hi guys,me & u know there existe laptops 12" , 14.1" , 15", 15.4", 17",...
    But i never saw a laptop with screen 16" , at my oppinion i think that a 15.4" is to little and a laptop 17" is too big , so i recommend that we sign something for promoting companies to make a 16" laptop? :) , oppinions ?? :D , we can make a thread by : Set youre name under the before one for a 16" laptop?

    I have a Sony GRT896HP with a 16.1" screen (1280x1024) They do it with a higher res 1600x1200 aswell I think. Once the widescreens came out they seem to have stopped the 16". TBH I think I'd like a widescreen one myself. 1280x800.

    One thing to note is that you need a lot more gfx power to drive higher resolutions in games, and some games don't support 1280x1024 (its not 4:3) or widescreen reolutions and some laptops don't resize to other resolutions well. The Sony I have looks ok at 1024x768 but lower res look terrible. My destop has a 17" TFT and anything other than 1290x1024 looks terrible on that. Tha laptop only has a fx5600 and that struggles at 1280x1024. Whereas the desktop has a 9800pro and its much faster. Though theres still a big speed drop switching from 1024 to 1280.

    Yeah your right Sony did a 1600x1200 16"version, great for DTP and Photoshop only has a 7500so absolutly oseless for games. I'd say go woth a high res 15.4".
