    Heh,

Last night I had a wet dream, Im 19 should I still be having wet dreams?

I sometimes be afraid when im with a girl in case I cum too soon.. Once with a girl I came in my pants is this normal? Ive had sex with one girl but a few times. First time i didnt last long but other times I did.

Im about to get back with my ex now and I wanna try foreplay and all this as I have never done it before. Only problem is im afraid that I will cum before I even enter her.

Is this normal? I really like this girl and dont wanna mess things up and I want to be able to satisfy her and I know she really likes me.

    All advice much appreciated

You can have wet dreams at any age, so you don't have much to worry about there.

The reason you came quickly, considering you've lasted fairly long the other times, would appear to be nerves. Naturally, you're self concious because you really like this girl and that leads to nerves, which in turn leads to you worrying about things, which in turn leads to your problem. Just take things nice and slow, and try not to wrry about a reaction you've had a couple of times - because it can happen to anyone (no matter how virile and studly they may seem).

I think the friction tends to damage the condoms and BAM, babytown.

    Please be joking crazymonkey?

It is very dangerous to wear 2, or more condoms at once. Amongst other things the friction between the two can cause the condom to tear, even without you realising it.

There are condoms available which contain a gel in the tip to slightly numb the head of the penis, thus reducing sensitivity. Far less risky than crazymonkey's plan.

i've never even thought of wearing 2 condoms is there any other issues.with that

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,330 ✭✭✭✭Amz

Most other problems I've heard about have been anecdotal, such as the condoms becoming too tight and causing erectile problems etc.

I still believe that once you know about the first problem mentioned that you wouldn't have to think twice about wearing only one condom.

yeah it is 2 elastic bands wrapped around the penis thats a lot of pressure in fairness.. foreplay would help this problem cos if it does happen to be nerves the foreplay will help u relax before the actual intercourse begins

something you may want to consider is how frequently you masturbate.
sperm are produced continuously in your testes and stored until required in tubules surrounding the testes called the epididymis. however, only a certain amount can be stored before they are full... there is no negative feedback mechanism to prevent further production of sperm when the epididymis is full. therefore, it has to come out at some stage, and wet dreams are a common enough occurrence for men. ejaculation is triggered by excitement, so you wouldn't even have to be having a dream about anything erotic to have a wet dream. you could be dreaming about anything... a car you would like to own for example, anything that gets you excited.
if you were to masturbate frequently enough (and all men do it), you wouldn't have the problem of having a full sac to worry about, and this would also help with your early climax problem, as you would be more used to stimulation and, as such, would be able to please both yourself and your girlfreind for longer. something to remember here is that practice, as with any other activity, brings improvement. there's no such thing as someone who is an absolutely excellent sexual performer the first time or few times they've had sex. once you feel comfortable with your partner you both could be trying out new things such as different positions or simply different ways of moving relative to one another. eventually you will find a technique that is great for both of you. you really need to feel comfortable with yourself to perform well though. impotence is a problem that affects a very great proportion of men and its not because there is anything wrong with their equipment (this is called anatomical impotence), but rather its because they have stuff in their head during sex (functional impotence) which may cause them to lose their erection. ideas like 'worrying about how your performance is while you're at it' or 'worrying about the size of your penis' etc can have disastrous effects on excitment, and cause you to lose your erection or be unable to achieve a climax yourself. dont let this happen to you. if there is anything to be discussed about either your or your partners performance, discuss it after sex and make some changes next time if necessary. remember, sex needs to be practiced if you're to be good at it. i think it would be a good idea for you to do foreplay too, a girl can take a considerably longer period of time to reach a climax than a man, and as such, the foreplay aids your success in bringing her to an orgasm. there is no need for sex toys or anything like that for foreplay, just your own body and a knowledge of yor partners body (you will find all her hot spots by experimenting during foreplay).
final point i would like to make to you is to be careful also. use contraception, dont find yourself with the issue of an unplanned pregnancy. if you really do think a lot about this girl, visit an STD clinic and get the tests done to show her that you are free from diseases and then remain mongamous with her. she may consider doing the same for you, and will be impressed about your consideration for her and your own sexual health.
i hope all goes well for you. have fun.

Some semen will be realeased from time to time but in small quantities and is usually released the next time you urinate. There is no specific requirement to masturbate and you may neither have any "exciting dreams" nor morning after stickiness.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 489 ✭✭derek27

small quantities regularly are common too.
but the only semen released when urinating is residual semen in the ureter from a previous ejaculation. if you study the anatomy of the testes, penis and vas deferens structure, you will find that there are valves along the tubes which prevents the possibility of simultaneous ejaculation and urination... its either one or the other.
masturbation is not essential, but (if you're a man) try and refrain from ejaculating for perhaps a week or two, either by sex or masturbation, and chances are you will wake up with a present in the bed one morning, or else you may find that you have the problem the initial poster had with climaxing before you even penetrate when you have sex.

you might notice every now and again that your urine might be cloudy. guess what that is!

sounds like you're not playing with yourself to me. sorry to be crude (actually i'm not but meh, you have to make some effort round these parts) you seem to be very sensitive to stimulation. a good cure for this is to masturbate a lot. its somethign most lads get out of their system as soon as they finally realise what their willy is for. the best thin you can do is practice to be honest.

make sure you masturbate reguarly and as has been said knack on out before you go out on your 'big night'. find a condom with a de-sensitizer in the tip too, as it can only help.

everyones different too, and we've all had a problem or two every now and again, don't sweat it.

have you ever noticed that women can have cloudy urine too?
i dont think that its caused in women by semen, do you...
the kidneys have important functions in removing nitrogenous wastes and
maintaining the chemical and fluid balance of the body. it does this by
excreting/secreting into the urine water, urea, uric acid, urate salts,
carbonates, calcium, phorphorus, sodium, potassium, ammonium ion and
    bicarbonate ion, etc.
a cloudy urine can be caused by precipitation of crystals and amorphous
salts. phosphates and carbonate salts precipitate in alkaline urine.
other causes for cloudy urine are: leucocytes(pus), bacteria, red blood
cells, spermatozoa and prostatic secretions in men, in women contamination from vaginal secretions and finally, mucus secreted from the urinary tract.

this is not to say that none of the cloudiness is from semen, as i previously mentioned, there is a residue of semen left in the ureters after a previous ejaculation, and this is quite easily washed out while urinating.

i'm a toxicologist and have a degree in psychology but i dont practice psychology now... after i finished the degree i realised that it wasn't really what i wanted to do, i'm more into the life sciences. i only did that degree as a part-time thing years ago while i was working, just to further my education. its nice to have and its always there for the future should i choose to use it.
i'm considering moving into medicine atm, as i would start in third year due to my current level of education in the life sciences... i'm only 27 so i think it might not be a bad idea. although i will have to think about it very much because i dont want to start something that i might not end up being able to complete for one reason or another.

    thats great lads,

I appreciate you taking your time to post

Only thing ive never known is how often would the average 19yr old masterbate?

I only do it about 1-3 times a week..Because after I masterbate I would get erections quicker than I would when I dont masterbate but I cum quicker when I dont also ;/

    Often. :D

I imagine a few times per week to a few times per day. Some don't do it much at all and some can't stop.

    Too late. :(
This is basically the reason I'm still a virgin at 20...
Hmmm... Now that I think about it I clearly have problems.
Ah well, sex isn't everything (that's what I've been tellin myself for oooh at least the last 2 years anyway)

i often masturbated 5 times a day when i was younger, but now i reckon thats why i'm so thin, haha. i'm not sure about that one, but as far as i'm concerned for myself, any time i feel like it is fine, so long as its not in a public place. anyone (apart from seb... i'll take your word for it) that says they dont masturbate is lying to you.
