Enabling Interactive logons on win2k3 DC.

I've had a look around Google and MS and am drawing a blank. Does anyone know perchance how to enable an interactive logon on a windows 2003 domain controller, this is for a test and not on a productive server, thanks? I believe there is a registry entry that I can change, anyone able to help?
