Problem with cordless keyboard

I wonder if anyone can help out, Logitech cordless keyboard went while I was playing hl2. No keyboard sems to be installed & I don't have inst cd and am currently using an on-screen keyboard. I went to the site and was told to go through reset procedure, didn't work. Restless

Have you tried downloading the software from the site and doing a complete reinstall?

thats better, reinstalled from site etc, still no joy, unplugged the receiver turned pc off and plugged in again using ps2 adapter for receiver rather than usb and lo and behold, thanks for that. P.S. How do I close this thread?

There's no need to close it. It'll drift down the page when people no longer reply to it.
