anyway i can dis-associate my messenger name with my windows account? its a family PC wit different ppl who use MSN but anytime they run it, my account is up on it.

when i installed it, it made me put in my user name and password and i accidentally forgot to uncheck "Associate passport with windows account". now its just an annoyance. any ideas?

if you go into Control Panel>User Accounts and click on your user there should be a Manage Passwords option in the upper left hand corner. Afaik if you remove the Passport entry that's your MSN messenger login wiped.
