    GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH A GRADUAL INCREASE IN
    FORWARD SPEED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS...BRINGING THE CENTER NEAR
    OR OVER WESTERN CUBA TONIGHT OR EARLY FRIDAY.

    indeed it was quick

    There is a chance that it will also become a hurricane before it makes landfall somewhere between florida and alabama

    and theres something else following it, although it is unlikely to become a named storm.
