I dont have Sky Digital where I live so I cant see Paramount, which is a pity! But wasn't there a red headed guy in it, I used to think he was comical. I remember him breaking a chair over someone just cos he didnt agree with them, or thought it'd be funny!

    Great Show!

Yeah that's Vivian, with 4 stars glued to his forehead he's a punk, Rick's the pretentious public school boy type, and Mike seems like some kind of gangster.
    The young ones is cool.

I think the Young Ones is clever and cool but I can't say I like it particularily.

I watch an ep and am constanting thinking 'oh I can see why that's funny/surreal' but thats about as far as it goes for me. I'm not busting a gut laughing at it or even raising a smile.

Call me puerile but I'd take Bottom over it any day. That said tho the bit in the ep Bambi where Vivian robs a pie right in front of a shopkeeper, sticks the entire pie in his gob and then gives the shopkeeper a v-sign has to be one of the funniest things ever :)

My friend's always talking about this, so when it came on paramount, I watched a few episodes. It's not all that good to be honest. I'd much rather watch Seinfeld or Frasier.

It's funny alright but i'd say as it's a 80's comedy, it would have been alot more funny back then, but havin a band play in the middle of of the show is a cool idea like motorhead.

Neil is the greatest. Here is one af his funny dialoge:

"You guys Ive got brilliant idea why dont we all go to a film.Give me the local paper and Ill find out what time the films are on at"(they didnt have a local paper so he went to the shop to get one)

    5 minets later

"I went to the local paper shop but they didnt have local paper"

Vivian:"did you walk into the gay bar again?"
"Oh yeh I knew the paper shop looked weird"
