Getting deleted items back?

    There may be a simple solution but a friend of mine deleted some data she needed and then cleared her recycle bin (pretty stupid, I know!). Is there any way she can get the information back now?

    Don't write to the drive if you can avoid it. The data's still there until it's overwritten. Search these forums, there have been plenty of threads on this before.
