    The sister bought me a cheap webcam and I'm not happy with the quality.I feel its very dark and grainy!!!

    If I bought a better one would the quality improve??

    Whats a good webcam brand??

    Try using it in good light levels; they're very fussy about getting enough light.

    I have a logitech cam and it's not great, try to avoid getting one of them!

    I have the Logitech Quickcam Sphere Webcam and it is fantastic both in quality, looks and it follows you around (pan and tilt) so your always in shot. You have to pay a decent chunk of money for it but if you are going to be webcamming and want people to see you rather than a blur of little squares then its def the one to get :)
